Alabama 3 playing an acoustic set have stepped in at the 11th hour to replace the The Neville Staple Band at this weekend's Loopallu taking place on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th September at Ullapool, Ross and Cromarty, Scotland.


Due to illness Neville Staple has sadly had to pull out of appearing at Loopallu and passes on his apologies to all those who had hoped to see him with his band this weekend. On a brighter note, Alabama 3 have agreed to step in at the 11th hour to fill the Friday night with an acoustic appearance.

Situated in the pretty little fishing village of Ullapool on the shores Loch Broom Loopallu has activities for all ages in addition to the music. The festival also offers local food and drink along with fringe events throughout the village.

Tickets for the festival are on sale, priced at £55 without camping, collectable at the box office. Loopallu has sold out of all weekend camping and caravan tickets. Under-12s are free, though everyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult.
