Motorhead and UFO for Bulldog Bash

British rockers Motorhead, and UFO have been confirmed to headline the 23rd annual Bulldog Bash.

Motorhead will headline the Saturday night and UFO top the bill on Friday.

Also confirmed for this year are the tribute acts for Thursday night including Stingchronicity, Metalica UK, and Hells Bells. The line-up also sees performances from Oliver Dawson Saxon, Hammerlock, The Culprit, Never the Bride, Le Chat Noir, Nico's Alchemy, Tyla and the The Dogs, Adam Bomb, The Quails, and Louis Barabbas & The Bedlam Six.

The second, Area81 Rock Club stage, predominantly features up and coming bands who have showcased at Bristol's underground Area81 Rock club including Hellbound, Big Num, Zombie Met Girl, The Buffalo Kings, Voodoo Johnson, Fury UK, Desert Storm, Imicus, Somnus, Riot:Noise, The Leftovers, Smack La, Futs Lung, The Original Sinners, Psychowrath, Pickups N Pitchforks, and Switchblade.

The Bulldog Bash takes place at Shakespeare County Raceway, at Long Marston, in Warwickshire from Thursday 6th to Sunday 9th August 2009. The four days event is described as the UK's biggest bikers party, with loads of entertainment, including the thrills & spills of the dragstrip with some of the fastest drag vehicles in the world (plus your chance to race your bike up the strip), a custom motorcycle and car show, live bands on two stages and a dance tent with top club DJs.

Tickets are priced at £55 and includes four days of Live Entertainment and Camping. Online ticket sales have now closed and tickets will only be available to buy on the gate.
