Jersey Live adds Doves, and Jack Penate

Doves, and Jack Penate lead the latest acts to be announced for Jersey Live.

The latest additions to the bill are Doves, Jack Penate, Passion Pit, Frank Turner, Golden Silvers, Fuzz Box, The Temper Trap, Naïve New Beaters, and Craig Charles Blues & Soul Show.

They join the line-up of acts already confirmed including Basement Jaxx, who will headline the Main Stage on the Saturday, and The Kooks who headline on the Sunday. Other confirmed acts include 2manydjs headlining the Dance Stage, Andy C & MC GQ, London Elektricity & MC Wrec, Beardyman, Birdy Nam Nam, DJ Yoda, Dan Le Sac & Scroobious Pip, Annie Nightingale, Twisted Wheel, Casiokids, The Boxer Rebellion, and Esser.

The site at Royal Jersey Show Ground, Trinity, Jersey, Channel Islands will play host to the fifth Jersey Live are confirmed as Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th September 2009. The festival showcases up and coming, and established indie, rock, pop, and dance acts.

A weekend ticket is priced at £79.50, and single day tickets are £48.50, a child weekend pass is priced at £5, and coach tickets are an additional £5.

Children under 12 are allowed in for free if accompanied by an adult, but they are not permitted into the Theory Dance arena. It is recommended that children under 5 are not brought to the festival.
