Kanye West will headline the Sunday night of London's Wireless festival.

Kanye West
Kanye West will be bringing hip-hop to Wireless. Kanye picked up a Brit Award earlier this year for Best International Male following the release of his fourth album '808's & Heartbreak'. Festival goers can expect to hear Kanye's hits including 'Gold Digger' 'Through The Wire', 'Stronger' 'Diamonds From Sierra Leone' and 'Heartless'.

The full supporting bill for Sunday will be announced soon. In addition to the Kanye West announcement, Live Nation have also announced a new partnership with Barclaycard.

Wireless offers festival goers four stages of music over two days on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th July, and has already announced some acts for Saturday. The acts confirmed so far are headliners Basement Jaxx, with The Streets, Paul Oakenfold, Frankmusik, Fischerspooner, Sneaky Sound System, N.A.S.A., Tommy Sparks, and Dizzee Rascal also confirmed.

In addition to four stages of music over two days, Wireless 2009 will also have attractions including an acoustic band stand, fairground rides, chill out areas, street theatre, performance art, markets, food stalls, beer gardens, secure lockers, and fun games.

Sunday 'early bird' tickets will go on sale at 9am on Friday 27th March priced at £40, and eFestivals will have links to buy them then.

Tickets for the Saturday are on sale priced at £45. To buy Saturday tickets, click here.

When buying tickets an extra 50p carbon offset for can be added to orders to negate the environmental impacts of travel to and from the festival, these funds will be used to invest in environmental projects in local schools.

Hyde Park is in the heart of London and accessing the festival is easy with a variety of tube lines and bus routes available instead of driving.
