Tickets are on sale for U2,'s 360° tour dates, the band's first stadium outing since the Vertigo Tour 05/06, have been announced today.

The tour follows the release of their 12th studio album, 'No Line On The Horizon', and will see the Irish rockers ply London, Sheffield and Glasgow before finishing at Millennium Stadium in Cardiff on Saturday 22nd August.

The UK tour dates are as follows:
Fri 14 August Wembley Stadium, London
Tue 18 August Hampden Park, Glasgow
Thu 20 August Valley Stadium, Sheffield
Sat 22 August Millennium Stadium, Cardiff

U2 360° will utilise a unique and original structure U2's manager Paul McGuinness says, "U2 has always been at their best when surrounded by their audience, this staging takes a giant leap forward. With 85 percent of the tickets priced at less than 95 Euro, general admission floor tickets priced at 55 euro and at least 10,000 tickets at every venue priced at around 30 Euro, we have worked very hard to ensure that U2 fans can purchase a great priced ticket with a guaranteed great view."

Glasvegas have been specially invited by U2 to support them on two of their UK stadium shows this summer. They have confirmed to play at Hampden Park, and Millennium Stadium.
