Oasis are the latest act to be confirmed for Roskilde.

The band who are leading the nominations at tonight's NME Awards with seven nominations are heading back to the Scandinavian festival for the first time since 1995.

Roskilde is continental Europe's biggest festival offering a variety of international acts and four days of music from Thursday 2nd until Sunday 5th July at Roskilde, in Denmark. There are also warm up events which run from Saturday 28th June until the start of the festival.

The acts already announced include Coldplay, Slipknot, Madness, Amon Amarth, Cancer Bats, Darkane, Deichkind, Dungen, Get Well Soon, Katzenjammer, Klovner i Kamp, Satyricon, Skambankt, Yoga Fire, The Soft Pack, Down, Baddies, and Marnie Stern.
