Rock Ness has announced the line-up for this year's Bollywood Arena.

The line-up features two of Scotland's club culture institutions, and a French label counterpart who between them will be providing dancefloor slammers for festival goers.

On Friday, Glasgow based label Soma Records, presents an inaugural Rock Ness celebration with Funk D'Void, The Black Dog, Mark Henning, Octogen, Mr Copy, Harvey Mckay, and Decimal.

The Parisian label, Ed Banger Records, assume control in a Rock Ness exclusive on Saturday with DJ sets from Busy P, DJ Mehdi, DJ Feadz, and Krazy Baldhead.

Bringing the Bollywood Arena to a close on Sunday is Sub Club, one of Glasgow's most influential clubs who will celebrating a milestone 22 years with Hype feat. Boom Monk Ben, Kinky Afro, Numbers feat. Jackmaster, Cotton Cake, and a live set from Sensu, before the Optimo, and Subculture feat. Harri, Domenic, and Telford close.

Mike Grieve, director of Sub Club, said, "Everyone at the Sub Club is really excited to be part of RockNess 2009. The spectacular backdrop and the brilliant atmosphere make this unique festival something Scotland can be really proud of and we want to bring the true flavour of the Sub Club to the Highlands with the cream of Glasgow's DJ and electronic music talent on hand to really Rock the Ness. We look forward to a fantastic weekend."

Glenn Gibbons, the label boss at Soma Records added, "Soma is and has been a massively important part of both the Scottish and the international electronic dance music scene since we started out in 1991. It’s great that RockNess recognises that and that they are showcasing some of our established, and emerging, local and international talent."
