Moonfest ticket holders get invites to party

invitation only event planned for this Saturday

Ticket holders and friends of Moonfest which was due to take place at Storridge Farm, Westbury, Wiltshire from Friday 29th to Sunday 31st August have been offered invitations to a special party.

The party will be held on Saturday 30th August and is by invitation only. The private party will be held at Storridge Farm, Westbury from 2pm until midnight and will feature performances from 4th Street Traffic, JetKing, Souljacker, Old School Tie, Zenyth, The Fookarewees and Decora. Those who have tickets for 2008 and haven't received an invitation are asked to email the organisers at [email protected].

This event is in addition to ticket holders being offered the opportunity to attend Surfstock which is running this weekend. If ticket holders for Moonfest fancy going they must email them first at [email protected]. Festival goers that attend Surfstock will still be eligible to go to Moonfest 2009 as well with no extra charge.

Moonfest have also confirmed there is another event planned for around the end of September which will see performances from Babyshambles and Ozric Tentacles.

The organisers also confirmed that Moonfest will happen in 2009, tickets for 2008 will be valid for Moonfest 2009 and ticket holders are urged to hold onto them and attend next year's event.
