Hydro Connect festival which takes place at Inveraray Castle, Loch Fyne, Argyll, Scotland have announced new additions to the bill over the weekend of Friday 29th to Sunday 31st August.

Added to the bill are Noah And The Whale who will play the Guitars & Other Machines Stage on Friday 29th August, Late of the Pier will open the Oyster Stage on Saturday 30th August, and Black Cherry will play the Guitars & Other Machines Stage on Sunday 31st August.

They join a bill that includes Kasabian, Franz Ferdinand, Sigur Ros, Paulo Nutini, Sparks, Guillemots, Manic Street Preachers, Bloc Party, Glasvegas, Goldfrapp, Conor Oberst & The Magic Valley Band, The Gutter Twins, Duffy, Nick Cave's Grinderman, Amy MacDonald, Elbow, The Gossip, Spiritualized, Santogold, Howling Bells, Mercury Rev, The Coral (Acoustic), Roots, The Breeders, Levellers, and Camera Obscura, Sia and more. Hydro Connect is located an hour and a half from Glasgow and two hours from Edinburgh, making it a great day out. For the green-friendly option you can also travel by coach. Day trippers can sit back and relax and let Citylink take them around Loch Lomond to the festival site.

As well as acts there will also be an enchanted forest party, a chill out tree area and 'gourmet food' on offer, including Loch Fyne Oysters, Venison Burgers, Bumble Pudding as well as Fyne Ales and 70 whiskies to sample in the Whisky bar. There are also bespoke camping options, an array of alternative entertainment, and spa facilities on offer.

Both the car parks and coach drop-off point are a 20 minute plus walk from the campsite entrance, so make sure you don't take more than you can carry.
