Get Loaded in the Park which is happening on Bank Holiday Sunday 24th August 2008 have announced the final act for the event at Clapham Common as well as details of the official festival after party, titled Get Loaded in the Dark.

The main stage line-up sees the addition of folk-rock four-piece Noah and the Whale who are the final acts to be added to the bill.

Get Loaded in the Park's headline act for 2008 who has been confirmed as Iggy and the Stooges with Supergrass, Gogol Bordello, The Hives, The Holloways, Kate Nash, Gossip, Reverend & The Makers, The Maccabees, Soulwax Nite Versions, The Presets, Boys Noize with Mylo (DJ set), Streetlife DJs, Ipso Facto, Union DJs and more in attendance. Get Loaded in the Park has four stages and has DJs playing between the main stage acts. The event started off as a giant indie disco back in 2004 to celebrate the return of baggy legends Happy Mondays back into the live circuit.

Also announced are the acts for the Get Loaded in the Dark after party held at the Clapham Grand from 9pm – 6am. The line-up includes a DJ Set from Jon McClure frontman of Reverend & The Makers playing a Reverend & The Makers Soundsystem set. Joining him on the bill will be 2manydjs, Bez from the Happy Mondays, and DJ Yoda, Beardyman, John Kennedy, and Streetlife DJs finishing off the night in true acid house fashion.
