Summer Sundae Weekender have confirmed further ecelectic additions to its line up for 2008 to entertain the crowds at De Montfort Hall and Gardens, Leicester from Friday 8th to Sunday 10th August.

The latest announcement includes 'Beeper' creators The Count & Sinden, David Longstreth's latest group Dirty Projectors, new wave acoustic artist James Yorkston & The Athletes, indie poppers Royworld, Sweden's next big thing Those Dancing Days, dubstepper Benga, Japanese trad music fusionists Zombie Zombie, Norwegian quintet The Lionheart Brothers, and Scottish indie punkers Frightened Rabbit.

The two headliners for the weekend were previously announced as The Coral playing an acoustic set, and Supergrass. They are joined at Summer Sundae Weekender by Simian Mobile Disco, Roisin Murphy, Whitest Boy Alive, King Creosote, Of Montreal, Rachel Unthank, Lightspeed Champion, Jeffrey Lewis, Tom Baxter, Nina Nastasia, and Dengue Fever.

Adult and one kid £114.50
Adult one kid and camping £119.50

Note that once the early bird tickets have sold out, the adult price will revert to the full price of £90.
