five more additions to Download

Within Temptation, Simple Plan, The Cavalera Conspiracy, The Dillinger Escape Plan, and Apocalyptica are the latest acts added to the Download Festival which takes place takes place over the weekend of Friday 13th to Sunday 15th June 2008.

Joining them at Donington Park, Leicestershire are the other confirmed acts headlined by Kiss, The Offspring, and Lost Prophets, with Judas Priest, Motörhead, HIM, In Flames, Coheed & Cambria, Incubus, Disturbed, Rise Against, Chris Cornell, Jimmy Eat World, Korn frontman Jonathan Davis, Bleeding Through, Throwdown, The Subways, Black Dahlia Murder, 36 Crazyfists, Job For A Cowboy, Alter Bridge, Children of Bodom, The Devil Wears Prada, A Day To Remember and Alesana also appearing. There are still many more names to come yet with three main stages to fill.
