new festival Wood announces first acts and ticket offer

Wood is a new festival celebrating music and nature organised by the same people who also hold Truck festival, they plan to have a full music line up on two stages the first acts for which have been announced as Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly, Ashley Hutchings' Rainbow Catchers with special guest Judy Dunlop, King Creosote, Danny And The Champions Of The World, and The Coal Porters.

Wood will be held in the surroundings of Braziers Park, Oxfordshire and will happen from Friday 16th until Sunday 18th May.

A limited number of tickets available now priced as follows:
Adult weekend ticket £45 - 3 nights camping and workshops included. Kids go free (under 14 years old accompanied by a paying adult, max 2 per adult) to buy tickets, click here.

There also 300 'Supertrucker' tickets onsale now giving you access to Wood and Truck (19 & 20th July) priced at £100.00 which can be purchased here - the rest of the TRUCK tickets won't go onsale until April!

As well as music Wood goers can expect activities and workshops for all ages, children's tent, family camping, solar power, campfire sing-alongs, organic food in the cafe, local ale and cider.
