Underworld are the latest act confirmed as performing at Rock Ness, the two-day festival with camping, happening outside the village of Dores on the shores of Loch Ness in Scotland on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th June.

The band, currently in the middle of a major world tour as Underworld Live, is enjoying a critically acclaimed renaissance with their latest album 'Oblivion with Bells', while their awesome live shows were perfectly captured on 2000's 'Everything, Everything'.

Organisers Jim King, Joe Gibbs and Robert Hicks said "Underworld are one of the acts that have been on our list ever since we started the festival. They are one of the most important electronic bands of all time with an unrivalled output of classic studio albums. But for me its their live performances that show the band in their purest, rawest and most powerful form and they are simply amazing. Karl is one of the best live performers I have had the fortune to work with and we are overjoyed they have confirmed for this year’s festival."

They join the previously confirmed acts of Fatboy Slim, Razorlight, The View, Editors, 2 Many DJs (returning with an expanded Radiosoulwax arena), CSS, The Cribs, Roisin Murphy, Hadouken!, Simian Mobile Disco, Felix Da Housecat, David Guetta, The Cuban Brothers, Layo & Bushwacka!, and Digitalism. More acts will be confirmed over the coming weeks and months.

Tickets are on sale priced at £115 for both days with camping, or £100 without camping, with day tickets costing £50 for either day. To buy, click here. Note that people wishing to camp on Saturday night must have a weekend ticket. Camper Van tickets will be available nearer to the event.
