Capercaillie, Bellowhead, 3 Daft Monkeys, and Chumbawamba (acoustic) are the first acts confirmed for the 2008 Wickham Festival.

The four day festival, held on a green field site just outside the village Wickham in Hampshire, runs from Thursday 31st July to Sunday 3rd August.

As well as bands, Wickham Festival features entertainment for all ages with camping, a bar, street theatre and dance displays, and lots of fun for kids.

Tickets should be on sale at Ticketsouthh, (but at the time of writing, they aren't) at early-bird prices, until Monday 31st March as follows:-
Weekend Season Tickets: Adult £85; Under-16 £42.50; Under-10s Free.
Camping Tickets: £15 until 31 March then £20 per tent or caravan for the whole weekend. Day Tickets will be available, with the prices to be confirmed.
