two more acts for Green Man Festival

The Green Man Festival - which takes place at Glanusk Park, Brecon Beacons, Powys, Wales from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th August have confirmed two more acts for this year.

Newly confirmed are Devendra Banhart, and Thee, Stranded Horse who take the total number of acts performing at the festival to 95.

Among the other acts previously announced are headliners Joanna Newsom, Robert Plant and Strange Sensation, Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks, plus Battles, Bill Callahan, Vashti Bunyan, The Aliens, Misty's Big Adventure, Dead Meadow, Gruff Rhys, Vetiver, The Earlies, Richmond Fontaine, Euros Childs, Tunng, and many more - click here for the full details. The festival has music late on into the night, and this year will have more campfire ceilidhs and an increased capacity as the site expands into the parkland areas, with a larger second stage and DJ tent.

Tickets are on sale, with adult weekend tickets costing £98 including on-site camping and parking, and entry is free for under-12s. There's an additional cost of £35 for those wishing to bring a live-in vehicle. To buy tickets, click here.
