V Festival brings on The Thrills

McFly, Rilo Kiley, Glenn Tilbrook, & The Hours

V Festival which takes place at Hylands Park, Chelmsford, Essex and Weston Park, Staffordshire on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th August has announced more acts.

Newly confirmed are McFly, The Thrills, Rilo Kiley, Glenn Tilbrook and the Fluffers, and The Hours.

Bob Angus, V Festival Director commented: "In my mind, the perfect festival features a wide range of acts and this year I’m certain we’ve achieved that. A line-up featuring artists that range from Foo Fighters to McFly is just what you want; it appeals to everyone! I’m incredibly pleased with the way this year’s V Festival is shaping up, and we’ve still got another great announcement up our sleeves."

Acts playing at V Festival across the weekend include The Killers, Foo Fighters, Snow Patrol, Kasabian, Pink, James, Kanye West, Jarvis Cocker, Paolo Nutini, The Fratellis, Editors, KT Tunstall, James Morrison, Basement Jaxx, The Kooks, Amy Winehouse, Manic Street Preachers, Dizzee Rascal, Lily Allen, Babyshambles, Mika, Primal Scream, Damien Rice, Corinne Bailey Rae, and more.
