Summer Sundae Weekender - which will take place in the grounds of De Montfort Hall, Leicester from Friday 10th to Sunday 12th August 2007 has announced more acts.

Newly confirmed are Swedish indie eight-piece The Concretes, BBC Jazz Award Winners Jazz Jamaica, Manchester 5-piece Polytechnic, Liverpool singer Candie Payne, American singer songwriter Stephanie Dosen, Senegalese singer-songwriter Nuru Kane, Brighton trio Fujiya & Miyagi, and The Strange Death of Liberal England.

They join acts including headliners The Magic Numbers, Divine Comedy, Spiritualized Acoustic Mainlines, and Echo and the Bunnymen, along with acts such as The Rumble Strips, Gruff Rhys, John Cooper Clark, DJ Yoda, The Aliens, Spoon, Malcolm Middleton, and many more - for the full details to date, click here. The festival started out as a one-day festival 6 years ago, has now grown 3-day music festival with camping and music on four stages plus the eFestivals Cabaret Tent.

Tickets are on sale, priced at £85 for the three days. Camping costs £5 per tent, and under-16s cost £20 for the three days. Under-5s are free, but must have a ticket. Click here to buy, or call the box office on 0116 2333 111.
