The Knowsley Hall Music Festival, which takes place on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th June at Knowsley Hall, Prescot, Merseyside have announced more acts.

Joining The Who, The Coral, The View, and Pete Wylie & The Mighty Wah on the Saturday are Shack, and The Little Flames.

Added to the Sunday are Madness, Joss Stone, and Icicle Works, who join Keane, and The Zutons.

Ian McNabb said "The Icicle Works are proud to be playing at the inaugral Knowsley Hall Music Festival which will hopefully grow to become one of the major annual events in the Merseyside music calender. With such a superb line-up of music from right across the musical spectrum, combined with the beautiful setting - expect a wonderful day out for all ages."

When asked about playing the inaugural Knowsley Hall event, Joss Stone enthused; "I'm especially excited to play Liverpool because half my family's from there I've always been a great supporter of Liverpool football club. I love going to the games with my dad. I definitely have fond memories of the place. I love the energy there and going from what I know I think we're going to have a lot of fun. I can't wait."

Tickets are on sale, priced at £70 for both days, or £42.50 for the Saturday and £37.50 for the Sunday - click here to buy.
