Basement Jaxx & Faithless for Global Gathering

and of course a whole host of DJs

Global Gathering, which takes place at Long Marston Airfield, nr. Stratford on Avon, Warwickshire on Friday 27th and Saturday 28th July have announced this year's line-up.

Basement Jaxx and Faithless will headline the 50,000 capacity event, joining a line up that features some of the best DJs on the planet, such as Paul van Dyk, Carl Cox, Erick Morillo, and Armin Van Buuren, performing on 16 arenas and stages.

Basement Jaxx say: "We're looking forward to spending a day in the company of the sun-kissed ravers of Stratford Upon Avon", while Sister Bliss of Faithless says "We’re chuffed to be playing this years Global Gathering knowing how rocking it was to DJ there a couple of years ago, it’s great for the whole band to be invited to that’s shaping up to be the dance event of the summer."

Other confirmed DJs include Paul , Sasha, Ferry Corsten, Roger Sanchez, 2ManyDJs, Pete Tong, Judge Jules, Grooverider, Fabio, Dave Pearce, Annie Mac, Calvin Harris, Armand van Helden, Sven Väth, Feddé Le Grand, Goldie, Steve Angello & Sebastian Ingrosso, New Young Pony Club, Francois Kevorkian, Bookashade.

New for 07 are the three Ibiza-inspired terraces each programmed by well known clubbing brands: The Mixmag Terrace will be headlined by The Klaxons who will be swapping instruments for record decks; Polysexual has Anne Savage and guests and Circo Loco will bring over their popular Ibiza residents from DC10.

This year has an expanded campsite with hot showers and an outdoor cinema. The entertainment will run from 5pm-2am on the Friday, and 2pm-6am on the Saturday.
