T on the Fringe - which happens in Edinburgh during August - has announced two huge outdoor shows.

On Tuesday 21st August rock legends Foo Fighters will play at Edinburgh’s Meadowbank Stadium, while on Friday 24th August current album chart toppers Kaiser Chiefs are at Meadowbank Stadium.

Both gigs will see increased capacity at Meadowbank Stadium as it opens its gates to 25,000 music fans and, still to be announced is the support of some very special guests for these two shows.

Tickets are priced at £37.50 for the Foo Fighters, and £28.50 for Kaiser Chiefs, and will go on sale at 9.30am on Wednesday 21st March - we'll have links to buy when available.

Dave Corbet of promoters DF Concerts said; "Over the past 7 years we’ve had some fantastic shows at T on the Fringe and we’re really pleased to announce today that we’ll be increasing the capacity of Meadowbank for our gigs in 2007 in what will become the biggest shows in the history of the Edinburgh Fringe. We’ve got some more really exciting news for 2007 still to come for what we can assure you will be the best T on the Fringe yet."
