Summer Sundae Weekender - which takes place in the grounds of De Montfort Hall, Leicester from Friday 11th - Sunday 13th August has announced more acts for the brand new eFestivals Cabaret Tent.

Headlining the eFestivals Cabaret Tent on Sunday will be Mitch Benn. There will also be performances from Ben Hurley,Bachman Turner Improvise and Earl Okin.

Sunday morning will be family orientated with John Ryan supplying laughs for children and parents alike in 'Never Growing Up'.

The eFestivals Cabaret Tent, which will be running on the Saturday and Sunday of Summer Sundae, has already confirmed the following artists: Howard Read, Rob Rouse, Jason Manford, Markus Birdman, and Reggie Watts.

The eFestivals Cabaret Tent will be one of the main focal points of the new market area at Summer Sundae and is programmed by Leicester Comedy Festival, the UK’s longest running comedy festival.

Summer Sundae Weekender features music from Elbow, Gomez, Belle And Sebastian, Jose Gonzalez, Calexico, Delays, Coldcut, Richard Hawley, The Proclaimers, The Buzzcocks, ¡Forward, Russia!, Brakes, The Long Blondes, Liam Frost And The Slowdown Family, Howling Bells, Little Man Tate, Captain, and many more.
