The twin Carling Weekend: Reading & Leeds Festivals have announced a few more acts, plus a cancellation.

New for the Main Stage on the Friday at Reading and Saturday at Leeds are Towers Of London, and on the Saturday at Reading and Sunday at Leeds are Aiden. Killswitch Engage will at Reading on the Sunday and the Friday at Leeds. Duels and Fields have been added to the Radio 1/NME Stage, and Dashboard Confessional have moved the days they play on the Main Stage. Audioslave have cancelled their European dates this summer including Reading and Leeds.

They join a line-up that includes Franz Ferdinand, Muse, Pearl Jam, Kaiser Chiefs, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Arctic Monkeys, The Streets, Feeder, Placebo, My Chemical Romance, Slayer, Primal Scream, The Raconteurs, Maximo Park, Dizzee Rascal, Coheed & Cambria, The Rakes, and loads more, with many more still to be confirmed. Tickets are on sale, but all weekend tickets are sold out. Day tickets cost £60 for any day (no camping) at either Reading or Leeds, and are still available for all days at both sites. To buy, click here.

The Carling Weekend: Reading Festival takes place at Little Johns Farm, Richfield Avenue, Reading, Berkshire, and The Carling Weekend: Leeds Festival takes place at Bramham Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire. Both festivals happen on Friday 25th to Sunday 27 August.
