Hayseed Dixie and more for Guilfest

plus the comedy tent

Guilfest, which takes place this year from Friday 14th until Sunday 16th July at Stoke Park, Guildford, Surrey has announced more entertainment.

Newly confirmed to play on the Main Stage on the Saturday are The Storys. On the Ents24 Stage Hayseed Dixie will play on the Friday night, making a return after their Main Stage set last year, while The Boy Least Likely To, Sandi Thom, and Terri Walker have all been added for the Saturday, and Green On Red, and Kila to the Sunday.

The line-up for the Hush Puppies Comedy Stage is also announced. The Friday is compèred by Andy Smart, and has James Dowdeswell, Brian Damage and Krysstal, Matt Kirshen, Rex Boyd, and Kim Hope. Saturday is compèred by Danny James, and has Tom Stade, Angie McEvoy, James Branch, George Egg, and Steve Day. The Sunday is compèred by Martin Davis, and has Milton Jones, Patrick Monahan, Pierre Hollins, and Neil Price.

They all join a line-up that already features music from headliners Embrace, A-Ha, and Billy Idol, plus The Wonder Stuff, Lightning Seeds, Morning Runner, Nizlopi, Gary Numan, The Stranglers, Sparks, Stereo MCs, The Waterboys, and Blue Oyster Cult. For the details so far, click here.

Weekend tickets cost £85, or £95 with camping, and day tickets cost £40 for any day. Under 16 tickets are £50 for the weekend, or £60 with camping, or £25 for any day. Under-12s are free. Click here to buy online.
