By Neil Greenway | Published:

Wychwood Music Festival - which takes place at Cheltenham Racecourse, Gloucestershire from Friday 2nd until Sunday 4th June 2006 - has confirmed more for the weekend.

Mark Thomas - the man with the campaigning Comedy Product - will be holding a talk on the arms trade as part of a series of on-site events for New Internationalist, as one of the speakers across the weekend. Greenpeace will also be bringing in their skateboard ramp from Glastonbury.

These are added extras to the festival whose music line-up reflects the record collection of true music lovers, with a mix of award-winning world music, some of the hottest new bands, some classic acts, and some of the very best festival favourites. Acts include Billy Bragg, The Saw Doctors, Eliza Carthy and Salsa Celtica, Amadou & Mariam, Guillemots, The Feeling, Martha Wainwright, Dreadzone, The Bays, Mr Scruff, Banco de Gaia, and much much more.
