Sugababes, Lemar, & Craig David for new festival

The Millets Live Life Loud Festival in aid of The Duke of EdinburghÂ’s Award

By Neil Greenway | Published:

A new festival is to take place in Windsor Great Park in Berkshire over the weekend of Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd July, to celebrate the The Duke of Edinburgh's Award's 50th Anniversary.

The Millets Live Life Loud Festival in aid of The Duke of EdinburghÂ’s Award will feature a number of headline pop and rock acts as well as giving festival-goers the chance to try out a raft of extreme sports and outdoor challenges in the unique Adventure Village.

Set over 12 acres and with the striking backdrop of Windsor Castle, a capacity crowd of 50,000 is expected, with all proceeds from ticket sales will go to the charity to support the ongoing activities of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award and its 10,000 participating groups throughout the UK.

Announced as playing on the Saturday are Sugababes, and Lemar, while Sunday has Craig David. Joining them over the weekend will be more well known acts, as well as some 'young up-and-coming raw British talent'.

Tickets are priced at £60 for both days (no camping available) or £35 for either day. DoE Award participants can buy tickets for £20 for either day, or £40 for the weekend without camping, or £48 with camping. Note that camping is only available for Award participants.
