a-ha confirmed for Guilfest

Guilfest, which takes place this year from Friday 14th until Sunday 16th July at Stoke Park, Guildford, Surrey has announced the first headliner for this year.

Headlining the Saturday are Norwegian 80's popsters a-ha - a band that still has a huge cult following, a string of huge hits, and a band that Guilfest organiser Tony Scott assures eFestivals are a fantastic live act.

More acts will be announced in the coming weeks.

Weekend tickets cost £85, or £95 with camping, and day tickets cost £40 for any day. Under 16 tickets are £50 for the weekend, or £60 with camping, or £25 for any day. Under-12s are free. Click here to buy online.

Changes for 2006 include a late bar licence (till 1am), and some late night on-site entertainment, including a theatre tent.
