Wychwood Music Festival - which takes place at Cheltenham Racecourse, Gloucestershire from Friday 2nd until Sunday 4th June 2006 - has announced some more acts that will play over the weekend.

BB Promotions has teamed up with King Solomons Groove to bring the best unsigned talent from Bournemouth and the surrounding area to Wychwood's King Solomon's Stage, with a few 'out of town' acts thrown in for good measure.

Acts include Youth of Britain who have supported The Prodigy, Esoterica have just come back from a promotional tour of Spain which included national TV, and Hopeless Attendance who have been tipped as the next Arctic Monkeys. The King Solomons Stage will also encompass an acoustic stage to be held in the Aloma Cafe, giving you pleasent chilled out vibes whilst you munch away.

The confirmed line-up for the festival includes BBC World Music Award winners Amadou & Mariam, The Saw Doctors, Billy Bragg, Eliza Carthy Special Collaboration, Polar Bear, Dreadzone, The Bays, Seth Lakeman, Mr Scruff, Peatbog Faeries, Banco de Gaia, The Handsome Family, Chris Difford, Aberfeldy, Sophie Solomon, The Feeling, and loads more - click here for all the details so far.

Tickets are on sale, priced at £85 for an adult ticket including camping, and tickets for 11-18 year-olds are priced at £70 for the weekend including camping. To buy, click here.
