The twin-sited V Festival, which takes place at Hylands Park, Chelmsford, Essex and Weston Park, Staffordshire, from Saturday 19th - Sunday 20th August 06 have announced another act.

Joining the line-up as headliners of the second stage are Razorlight. Festival Director Bob Angus commented: “We’re thrilled to have Razorlight headlining the second stage. They have come so far over the last year and it will be great for V fans to see them rocking out on tracks from Up All Night’ and performing their new material live”.

They join acts that include headliners Radiohead, and Morrissey, plus Faithless, Beck, Kasabian, Paul Weller, Keane, Editors, Groove Armada, Bloc Party, Fatboy Slim, The Charlatans, The Ordinary Boys, The Go! Team, The Magic Numbers, Hard-Fi, Rufus Wainwright, Kubb and The Feeling.

Tickets go on sale at 9am tomorrow. Tickets are priced at £120 for both days with camping, £100 for both days with no camping, or £58.50 for either day, and £40 for campervans. We'll have links to buy when tickets are on sale - they're expected to sell out extremely quickly on Friday, quite possibly in less than one hour.
