The Magic Numbers - the Eden Session 2006

Goldfrapp and The Magic Numbers are the first acts confirmed to play Eden Sessions at Cornwall's Eden Project this summer. The Magic Numbers will perform on Saturday 12th August, and Goldfrapp follow on Friday 25th August. Two more headline acts will be announced shortly, followed by details of top support acts for the four Sessions nights in August.

Eden’s Marketing Director Dave Meneer said: "Once again we find ourselves well on the way to another season of Sessions which will bring an eclectic mix of music to our unique venue in August. We've released these details earlier than ever and should be able to announce two other big names next week. We've just been voted Venue of the Year and last year we were put at number one in a league table of rock venues - a magical place with another magical line up. And our increased capacity this year means that everyone who wants a ticket should get one. Just!"

Tickets go on sale on March 1, and are all priced at £30. Each ticket includes free entry to the Eden Project on the day of the performance and the day after.

Eden Sessions in previous years have seen Keane, Brian Wilson, Moby, Basement Jaxx, Doves, Pulp, Air and Embrace all appear.
