Wakestock making waves

event to grow in 2006

By Neil Greenway | Published:

Wakestock - which is Europe’s largest wakeboarding music festival and combines the world’s fastest growing watersport with music - is planning to grow in 2006.

Following on from sell-out success of the last two years, Wakestock 2006 - which will take place on Friday 14th and Saturday 15th July at Pwllheli, Gwynedd, in North Wales - will be introducing a massive open air stage, which will allow a larger crowd & with it bigger bands & DJs.

The tide times for 2006 are a little more comfortable too - they mean the Wakeboard events at Pwllheli Marina will run at around 10am – 2pm, allowing people a little more sleep than the early times of this year.

Further details including line-up information are expected to be announced in the spring.
