Reading Festival - weather warning!

By Neil Greenway | Published:

As I'm sure you've noticed, it's been nice weather for ducks. It's stating the obvious - actually, perhaps not so obvious, as the number of people who think flip-flops adequate for such conditions continues to astound - but it's of course essential that festival goers bring sufficient changes of clothes, wet weather gear and camping gear to stay dry.

As a result of the rain, much of the land used for car parking is forming part of the River Thames at the moment, and that means that organisers Mean Fiddler may have to use some edge of town park and ride schemes. If possible, rather than drive, please help everyone and use the trains or National Express.
