loads more for Reading & Leeds

the Radio One Stage line-ups

Loads more bands have been confirmed for the Reading and Leeds Festivals, which take place at Little Johns Farm, Richfield Avenue, Reading, Berkshire, and Bramham Park, nr Leeds, West Yorkshire, both from 27th-29th August 2004.

Added to the Main Stage are New Found Glory (Reading: Sunday ; Leeds: Friday), and Young Heart Attack (Reading: Saturday ; Leeds: Sunday).

Joining Graham Coxon as co-headliners of the Radio One Stage (at Reading on Friday, and Leeds on Saturday) are Super Furry Animals. Graham Coxon will close the stage in Reading, while SFA will close the stage in Leeds.

Alongside those two, also newly confirmed for the same day and stage are Soulwax, Peaches, The Donnas, Razorlight, The Wildhearts, with more still to be confirmed.

Joining Funeral For A Friend and Dizzee Rascal on the Radio One Stage at Reading on Saturday, and Leeds on Sunday, are MC5, 'special guests' to be announced, 80’s Matchbox B-Line Disaster, The Ordinary Boys, Har Mar Superstar, The Icarus Line, The Bronx, Bloc Party, and still more to be confirmed.

Finally, the Radio One Stage at Reading on Sunday, and Leeds on Friday has added Auf Der Maur, British Sea Power, Deus, 22 20’s, The Stills, Dogs Die In Hot Cars, all alongside those announced before:- Supergrass, and Von Bondies. More are yet to be confirmed.

Bands previously confirmed includes headliners The Darkness, The White Stripes, and Green Day, plus The Offspring, Ash, The Hives, Morrissey, The Libertines, Franz Ferdinand, 50 Cent, Lostphophets, The Streets, Placebo, and many more. All weekend tickets for Reading Festival have now sold out. Weekend tickets are still available for the twin Leeds Festival, which has the same bands play, but on different days. Day tickets are still available for all days for Reading.

Weekend tickets are priced at £105. Day tickets are priced at £45 for all days.
