Cannabis Festival emergency appeal to supporters

By Neil Greenway | Published:

The festival part of the Annual Cannabis March and Festival is in difficulties, after Lambeth Council asked the organisers to pay a deposit and the fees for the "use of the Park" upfront. £12,000 is needed, and the organisers are currently £5,000 short.

The march and festival - an annual event - is due to take place on Saturday 8th May, with the march from Kenninton Park, to Brockwell park, where the festival takes place.

If you are able to help this event with any money (donations are welcome), or able to apply any pressure on Lambeth councillors to grant the discretionary 50% not-for-profit rate to the event, and apply the normal 15% rule on deposits, then you will be doing this great event a valuable service.
