According to The Hives' website, they're to play at the Reading and Leeds Festivals. It doesn't give full details, but has in their tourdates "Reading / Leeds Festival" for all three days of the festivals.

The first major announcement of bands for this years festivals is expected now on Monday, and is likely to include the headliners plus some more major bands. It's widely expected that The White Stripes and The Darkness are two of the three headliners.

Reading Festival takes place Little Johns Farm, Richfield Avenue, Reading, Berkshire, and Leeds Festival takes place at Bramham Park, nr Leeds, West Yorkshire, both from 27th-29th August 2004.

Weekend tickets have been on sale already for about 6 weeks, priced at £105. Day tickets are likely to go on sale when the announcement is made next week.
