For the last 4 years, The Glade stage at Glastonbury Festival has been the forum for cutting edge electronic and dance music. The team behind it, whilst continuing to run the stage at Glastonbury, have broken away to start their own event, The Glade Festival, with 5 stages and three days.

To be held in a secluded valley surrounded by forest, the event will showcase the electronic music from the UK and the world. The 5 stages will cover the genres – techno, progressive house, breakbeats, psy trance, live electronica and more, and with artists and bands such as Squarepusher, Richie Hawtin (tbc), LFO, Hallucinogen, Eat Static, System Seven, Hybrid, Stanton Warriors, Silicon Sound, Rennie Pilgrem, Freq Nasty, Tristan and more yet to be announced.

It all takes place on the weekend of 16-18th July, in a location not yet revealed. We'll of course have more information when available.
