According to Glastonbury organiser Michael Eavis - who spoke last night at the Oxford Union - the headliners for this years V Festival include David Bowie.
Although of course Michael isn't involved with V - and he's sometimes given incorrect information about who are playing his own festival - he is in the sort of position where he'd be likely to get to know who is playing where. He said he'd been told the second headliner too, although he couldn't remember who it was.
