A strictly limited number of weekend tickets for this years Reading and Leeds festivals are now available to buy via a special "pre-release".

The tickets for this year's events, to be held from Friday 27th - Sunday 29th August at Richfield Avenue, Reading and Bramham Park, Leeds cost £105 for the weekend, including camping and car parking.

There is a strict limit to these pre-release tickets, and when they're sold, they're sold. The main release of tickets (including day tickets) is expected on sale in April.

Although no bands have been announced by the organisers as yet, The White Stripes have been telling their audiences on their current tour that they will be appearing at Reading and Leeds this summer. They had to cancel their 2003 appearance after Jack White broke his finger.
