Audioslave - born from the ashes of Rage Against The Machine and Soundgarden - have been confirmed for the Sunday of new festival Download.

They join already announced Sunday headliners Limp Bizkit, whilst Saturday will see Iron Maiden, Marilyn Manson and Deftones.

Less Than Jake have posted on their website that they are to play on the Sunday, although this has yet to be confirmed by the organisers. The full line-up will consist of around 50 bands on three stages over the two days.

It all takes place at Donington Park on Saturday 31st May & Sunday 1st June. Tickets are already on sale, priced from £39.50 to £90 (see the link to the left to buy online).
