PJ Harvey is the third act to be confirmed for V2003, joining Red Hot Chili Peppers and Coldplay.

V2003 takes place at Hylands Park, Chelmsford and at Weston Park, Staffordshire on 16th & 17th of August. Tickets go on sale on 8th March.
