The Carling Weekend: Leeds Festival will go ahead at the Temple Newsam Park site following the granting of the festival licence at today's Magistrates Court hearing. Organisers Mean Fiddler appealed against the original decision to deny the licence by Leeds City Council, made at a meeting on 18th June. Today's judgement means that the festival will return to Temple Newsam Park for it's fourth year.
