As widely expected since he dropped the rest of his European tour, Issac Hayes has cancelled his date at London's Hackney Marshes for the Roots Day of the Essential Festival on July 15th.

As a replacement, the Long Island rap trio De La Soul will play instead, lineing up with acts such as Ice T, George Clinton and Gil Scott Heron. The Dance Day on July 14th has Stereo MC's, Public Enemy, Reprazent and loads more.
