more for Reading/Leeds

new stage, new bands... and a few gone!

By Neil Greenway | Published:

More of the line-up for the Reading and Leeds double-header have been announced.

Added to the Main stage are the all-girl The Donnas, (hed)pe, Staind, Boy Hits Car and Fear Factory. But now gone are The Dandy Warhols (who were to play at Leeds only). And Xzibit has had to cancel the Reading appearance due to a previous commitment in the USA, but will be zapping to this side of the pond in time to appear at Leeds.

Added to the Evening Session Stage are Amen, Dislocated Styles, D12 and Seafood.

This year will see the Dance Tent operate for just two of the days. In it's place (in Reading on Saturday and Leeds on Sunday) will be the Concrete Jungle Stage, dedicated to the skate punk and ska scene. Bands include Rocket from the Crypt, Reel Big Fish, Snuff, 28 Days and Ignite.

The line-up for the Carling Stage will be announced next Tuesday (5th June).

Tickets are on sale priced at £80 for the whole weekend, including camping, with day tickets £35 for each day.
