Three more acts have been added to V2001. Ian Brown is to headline one night in the JJB arena (Hylands Park, Chelmsford - Sunday; Weston Park, Staffs - Saturday), with Tricky playing the same stage and day. Alabama 3 will also play the JJB Arena on the opposite days.

These join Idlewild, Zero 7 and Rae & Christian (confirmed 10 days ago) as well as previous confirmations of Texas, Coldplay, Embrace, Faithless, Red Hot Chili Peppers, David Gray, Foo Fighters, Placebo, Muse, JJ72, Starsailor, Toploader, Groove Armada (live), Kylie Minogue and many others.

V2001 takes place on 18-19th August 2001 at both Hylands Park, Chelmsford & Weston Park, Nr. Shifnal, Staffordshire, with the line-up swapping venue for each day.

Tickets continue to sell fast, priced at £38.50 for day tickets, £66 for both days, and £76 inclusive of camping (booking fees extra).
