Former Crowded House frontman Neil Finn has been added to the bill for V2001. Crowded House achieved huge chart success with singles including 'Don't Dream It's Over', 'Fall At Your Feet', and 'Weather With You', making Neil Finn a household name the whole way round the world. The band went their separate ways in 1996, and Neil's solo career has since blossomed.

Despite the fact that he recently performed with two of Radiohead, and Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder, these are not expected to play with him at V2001 (despite the suggestion by the V press office that it might be so!).

Acts already confirmed for V2001 include: Red Hot Chili Peppers, Texas, Coldplay, Foo Fighters, Neil Finn, David Gray, Placebo, The Charlatans, Muse, Toploader, Faithless, The Divine Comedy, JJ72, Doves, Shed Seven, Starsailor and Grandaddy. For the full line-ups, click here.
