According to a report on NME.com, Leftfield are the previously unannouced special guests for the JJB (Dance) Arena at v2000. They are to play at Weston Park, Stafford on Saturday 19th August, and at Hylands Park, Chelmsford on Sunday. This adds to Leftfields summer festival collection, which already includes Homelands and Glastonbury. eFestivals caught the top performance by Leftfield at Homelands Ireland last month.

Meanwhile, dotmusic.com are reporting that Hepburn have been booked for v2000 as well. Hepburn, the victims of a cruel prank by an unofficial v2000 website which urged readers to ask that the band not be booked, are reported to be pleased that the campaign failed.
