Friendly Fires get a huge reception and the crowd gets dancing from the off; outside the tent is a disco.

They're an extremely tight outfit, and 'Jump In The Pool' is a monster of a track, the crowd bouncing along - this tent has been where it's at today.

'On Board' has the crowd enrapt from then on as the night draws in, and the rest of the Fires' album cements a lively hands-in-the-air punctuated set.

The funk groove of 'In The Hospital' makes it my personal favourite, while 'Kiss Of Life' is dedicated by the band to the Reading crowd. One of today's many highlights.
