Reading Festival reviews

By Scott Williams | Published:

Ahhh the familiar sound of Reading festivals past. Alt garage rock slammed into electro punk. The crowd is pretty small for this journey back to retro punk rock in the Primal Scream mould.

They play tracks off their debut album 'Tremors', and 'Diet Pills And Magazines' is the stand out track, or at least the one most people know.

Trouble is this Dublin lot are producing the kind of music that’s not popular right now, that’s not to say it couldn’t slip back into favour and put these guys in the limelight, personally I hope so as I’m sick of US Punk lite clones.

A criminally small turn out by the crowd though, can they really all be at Killswitch Engage?
