Stornoway the alternative indie pop band from the Cowley area of Oxford are rising stars and tipped to break big in 2010. The band led by singer and guitarist Brian Briggs alongside singer, guitarist, cellist and keyboardist Jon Ouin; singer, guitarist and bassist Oliver Steadman; and drummer Robert Steadman are named after the Hebridean town on the Isle of Lewis. Stornoway appeared on the In Music We Trust stage on Saturday at Radio One's Big Weekend.
