FAIRPORT'S CROPREDY CONVENTION INFORMATION

The markets are split into three main areas, and offer a diverse range of goodies. Around the edge of the arena are the main catering stalls, and a few shops. More trinkets, and goodies can be browsed along the toe path beside the canal boats, and there's more market area in the village itself, plus the world's first convenience store!

The food on offer is the normal festival fayre, although there are not many burger and chips sellers, and there probably isn't as diverse a range of options as some other festivals. But it's all good quality, and there's at least one vendor selling most catering options including vegetarian ones, at reasonable prices.

The beer tent in the arena has a range of real ales from Wadsworths, including the festival's very own, reasonably priced Convention Ale. There are also real scrumpy, cider, lager, spirits, and soft drinks available. The village also has two pubs Brasenose Arms, and The Red Lion Inn both worth finding.

Breakfasts are available through the Church, School, Canoe Club and Social Club.

Festival goers are able to bring their own food, and drink into the campsites which also have a caterer on site.
